Terms and Conditions

1. Consent to the Terms and Conditions:

Flydeal.io and you, or any entity you represent (collectively referred to as “You,” “you,” or “User”), enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Use and Service, along with any additional terms or policies incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Terms”). These Terms govern your access to and use of any related websites or client portals (collectively, the “Websites”), desktop or mobile applications (the “Apps”), and all content, features, technological solutions, and services offered through the Websites or Apps, including free and paid subscription services (collectively, the “Services”), as well as the purchase of products (“Goods”) and gift cards made available through the Websites or Apps.

2. Modifications to the Terms

The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend or modify these Terms at any time. All changes become effective immediately upon publication and apply to all future access to and use of the Platform. However, any disputes for which the parties received notice prior to the effective date of such modifications will not be subject to updated dispute resolution provisions.

3. Access to the Platform and Account Security

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform, or any content or services offered through it, at any time and without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable if all or any part of the Platform is unavailable at any time or for any duration. Access to certain areas of the Platform may be restricted from time to time, including for registered users.

You are responsible for:

• Making all arrangements necessary for you to access the Platform.
• Ensuring that all persons accessing the Platform through your internet connection are aware of and comply with these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, images, video, audio, software, and design—are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other content providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

5. Trademarks

The Company name, logos, trademarks, service marks, product names, designs, and slogans are the property of the Company, its affiliates, or licensors and may not be used without prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform:

• In any way that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations, including laws governing the export of software or data.
• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content or requesting personal information.
• To transmit, upload, download, or reuse any content that does not comply with the Content Standards set forth in these Terms.

7. User Contributions and Sharing

The Platform may include interactive features such as message boards, forums, blogs, community areas, personal profiles, or similar services (collectively, “Interactive Services”) that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit content (collectively, “User Contributions”).

All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms.

8. Monitoring, Enforcement, and Termination

• The Company may, at its sole discretion, remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any reason, and may edit, suspend, or terminate such content at any time without notice or liability.
• The Company may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate with respect to User Contributions if it believes they violate these Terms, infringe intellectual property rights, threaten user safety, or expose the Company to legal liability.
• If a third party claims that your User Contribution infringes their rights, you may be required to provide identifying information to address the claim.

9. Content Standards

These content standards apply to all Interactive Services and User Contributions. User Contributions must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations. Without limiting the foregoing, User Contributions must not:

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights.
